Despite being narrow, our train has two wheelchair compartments with additional seats. 

Heatherslaw

We have 3 disabled parking spaces, please note the car park is gravel but we are aiming to provide hard standing and path to platform before the 2025 season starts.  

Our staff will assist getting wheelchairs on to the platform.

No onsite public toilets however, disabled toilets are available at the Visitor Centre.

Etal

Between Etal Station and Etal village there is a long uphill gravel path.

We have no public toilets onsite, disabled toilets are available in Etal Village.
